Plan purchase also comes with the truss design we used for the project, but all trusses will need to be designed for location and local code or loading specifications.

Even if interior layout is not exactly what you want, post frame construction allows you to easily modify the interior framing details as there is no load bearing anywhere inside the exterior walls.

As the project unfolds in real time changes may be made to the plan and if you would like a final updated plan once project is completed just reach out and we will send you the final plan.
